3V - Tres Vagabonds. It's much less wordy, and can be signaled using 2 hands (having at least 3 fingers)
BBT (Big Bang Theory) - television sitcom we all enjoy that casts 4 lovable and nerdy scientists and their hot neighbor
CCR (Credit Card Roulette) - A custom in which peoples' credit cards are picked one-by-one (usually by the server) until one card remains. This person is stuck with the bill for the participating roulettors (sp?)
Donk/(ey) - A name given to a bad poker player
Fish - losing/inexperienced poker player. Fish are eaten by/lose to sharks (see Shark)
Luckbox - one who runs hand-in-hand with Lady Luck.
Merds - merged words. ie. Grool = Great + Cool
MTT (Multi-Table Tournament) - A poker tournament that has many players (may range from 18-100,000 players). Tournaments of this nature are usually very top-heavy. Winners typically receive 15-30% of the prize pool.
Shark - experienced/profitable poker player. Sharks eat/beat fish (see Fish)
SNG (Sit and Go) - A type of poker tournament that has a fixed blind and payout structure. These tournaments usually last anywhere from a couple of minutes to an hour or so. The nature of SnG's appeals to players who want to play poker, but do not have hours upon hours to dedicate to a single game.
Verbose - word that TimmyOx misused for months that neither EdBerg or N0bigdeal never called him out on because he's usually a wordsmith. TimmyOx thought it meant "offensive" or "crass," but later found out it meant "long-winded" and "wordy." We continue to use the word in the context of TimmyOx's original presumed meaning.
